How do I clean off a latex or polymer haze from my Travertine tile? how do iI remove dried polymer modified mortar and grout from travertine?

ANSWER - There are special latex cleaners that are sold such as Bostik "Hydroment Remove" cleaner.  Generally speaking a very light acid solution using sulfamic acid or even diluted vinegar with some scrubbing can remove a light polymer cement film, but you have to be very careful as acid can etch the surface of the travertine; particularly if it is polished or has a hone shine finish.  So whatever you do test it out first to make sure it works satisfactorily.  good luck
