Expert Testimony
CTaSC is available to perform investigations and provide expert testimony for depositions or court testimony as an Expert Witness.

- Principal Donato Pompo has many years experience in the industry and has been the past chairman of the Ceramic Tile Institute of America technical committee. Mr. Pompo is a member of the Marble Institute of America (MIA), participates on the Tile Council of North America (TCNA) Handbook committee, and sits on the ANSI A108 committee that sets the industry standards. Donato has experience as an installer and as a manufacturer of installation products for ceramic tile and stone. - Donato as an expert witness has testified in depositions and court trials over 100 times combined. At the end of a mediation that settled the attorney wrote to Donato and stated:“Thanks so much for being our “mad scientist” yesterday (funny that Gibbs (the mediator) called you that). - Donato’s associate Vince Moiso is a tile and stone expert with many years in installation, fabrication, and sales. Kurt Klaser and Kevin Klaser are master tile installers with over 30 years experience. They been a CTaSC inspector since 2008 and has been ITS Verified through the University of Ceramic Tile and Stone. Bruno Marsella, AIA, CTC is a forensic architect and previous licensed tile contractor with over 25 years experience performing architectural forensics. Scott Duchene is a C53 Swimming Pool Contractor with over 25 years experience at servicing and constructing swimming pools.
