Job Site Inspections

• Approximate Cost for National Inspections by local Inspector – $3,995/1-hr inspection; 1-hr travel time
  (Includes up to 1 hour site visit, 1 hour travel time, and a 1 issue written report)
• National Inspections Flat Travel Rate (for multiple days):
  • Per inspector – $2,500/day
  • Per Senior Inspector – $3,000/day
  • Per Senior Project Manager – $3,750/day
  • Vince Moiso – $4,500/day
  • Donato Pompo – $5,500/day
    plus expenses; includes 10 hours travel and work time combined per day; plus subsistence
    (30% surcharge for after hours’ time – before 6am and after 6pm or Weekends)

Do it Yourself Investigation Service –  Avoid the costs of a CTaSC Inspector traveling to perform the inspection, and you can be CTaSC’s inspector. CTaSC will manage the process to instruct you on what photos and other documentation is needed for you to provide. Once CTaSC has all of the necessary information, CTaSC will evaluate the evidence, research industry standards, and prepare a professional report. The total cost is $3,995 USD based on CTaSC not spending more than 9 hours managing the process, reviewing the evidence, and writing the report. Note: This is based on evaluating one tile or stone application. Projects with multiple tile applications that need to be evaluated will require more of CTaSC’s time and will increase the cost of CTaSC’s service.

Hourly Rates

• Vince Moiso Fee – $450
  • Travel Time not including mileage – $195
  • (Any travel delays beyond our control are at the client’s expense)
• Donato Pompo Fee – $550
  • Travel Time not including mileage – $195
  • (Any travel delays beyond our control are at the client’s expense)
• Expert Witness – depositions/arbitrations/trial (in addition to travel time)
  • Inspectors – $375
  • Senior Project Manager – $475
  • Vince Moiso – $575
  • Donato Pompo – $675

Additional Charges  –

• Travel and Misc. Expenses  (air, auto, hotel) – Cost plus 20%
• Per Diem subsistence fee (meals) per inspector – $100/day
• Mileage – $0.75/mile

Prepaid Retainer (applied towards invoice) – minimum $5,000 or estimated cost

Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt.  Invoices not paid on time will be accessed a 2% per month service charge  from date of invoice.  Prices subject to change without notice.
