Removing Stone - Is there any way to get stone up without damaging it? We would love to save some very expensive stone from a sunroom and move itv

ANSWER - If the stone is bonded well to its substrate, then there is a high probability it will only come up in small pieces. 

If the stone isn't bonded well the it might come up in a full piece without breaking.  Although if there is thin-set bonded well to the back of the stone it will take a lot of effort to remove it.  Sometimes the back of the stone comes up clean and you can easily reuse it, but that would mean that the tile was not bonded well in the first place.
