How to Clean Grout off Tile Surface? - I have a new ceramic tile in my bathroom and it has a bit of grout that was not rinsed off well , is there anything I can do to get this off?

ANSWER - To determine what you should use to remove a grout film or haze from the surface of your newly installed tile you first need to determine what type of grout was used.  If it was a standard cementitious grout they you can use diluted vinegar and remove the film.  Vinegar is acidic, but considered mild.  Some tile surfaces are acid sensitive so you need to be careful you don't damage the tile. If it is a polymer or latex modified cementitious grout you might need to purchase a latex grout film remover.  If it is an epoxy grout then there are epoxy removers or products like goof-off that will remove epoxy.  Don't be too abrasive with your cleaning because some tile surfaces can scratch.  Go slow and test your cleaning method out first before applying to the whole area.  Good luck.
