Getting a Wet look (glossy) on a Porcelain Tile - we just had porcelain glazed tile put in on our living room and dining room floors, I like the wet look when i washed it..is there some kind of seal or something that i could put on the glazed tile?

ANSWER - There are types of sealers called enhancers. You could review those types of products and see what recommendations or limitations they offer for going over an impervious glazed porcelain tile. They might work ok as long as you buff the sealer off dry within 5 minutes after applying it. Obviously it will be a wearable surface so you could end up with traffic patterns, but generally these types of sealers can simply be reapplied over a clean floor without stripping.

Be sure to test the enhancer sealer out out in an inconspicuous area to make sure you are satisfied with it before applying it over the whole floor.
