ANSWER - Generally speaking you can't remove scratches from glazed tiles unless they are very slight. There is no standard method for removing scratches in glazed ceramic tiles. That is assuming you do mean a vitreous glazed that is fired onto the tile through a kiln, and that you do not mean a glossy appearance from using a sealer or wax.

It might be possible to buff scratches out depending on how hard the glaze is, but you might take the risk of causing more scratches. Good Luck.
