To complement the data on global tile production and consumption, we present, as every year, the update as of 12/31/2024 of
the sector’s leading groups and companies, ranked by last year’s
output volumes. We remind that the data are mostly provided
directly by the companies, or, in a few cases, retrieved from public sources or estimated.
To correctly understand the rankings, as usual, we remind that
the ranking is not exhaustive, due to the lack of available data on the volumes produced by several groups that would otherwise be included.
Among these: Concorde Group (Italy), which owns the companies Atlas Concorde, Caesar, Marca Corona, Keope, Supergres,
Refin, Mirage and Infinity in Italy; Novoceram (France), Landmark
(USA), and Italon (Russia). Florim Group (Italy), with factories in
Italy and in the United States. New Pearl (China), whose production capacity exceeds 160 million sq.m. Twyford (Keda Africa Group), which in 2024 reached a capacity of 176 million sqm across its 6 plants located in Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal,
Zambia, and Cameroon, achieving revenues of €600.6 million; as
of May 2025, the plant in Côte d’Ivoire is also operational.
Other companies that would be also qualify for the ranking include Platinum and Mulia (Indonesia), Cleopatra (Egypt), Interceramic (Messico), Viglacera (Vietnam), in addition to several Chinese and Indian companies.
