The Building Stone Institute (BSI) has invited Donato Pompo of Ceramic Tile and Stone Consultants (CTaSC) to speak at its annual convention being held at the La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California from February 26-29, 2012.

Donato will participate in a panel discussion on “How to Communicate Effectively with Architects,” which is just one of the topics offered in the lineup of BSI’s educational program this year.  The panel of architects, designers and installation professionals will tackle a variety of issues faced by architects when designing and specifying stone. Learn what the stone industry can do to help architects minimize problems and maximize success, whether it is about specifying appropriate materials, fabrication, or the installation process.

“How to Communicate Effectively with Architects” is scheduled Tuesday, February 28^th from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.
